The Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel is seeking a full-time Maintenance assistant.The individual would perform various tasks such as general maintenance, preventive maintenance and emergency maintenance of the hotel.Generally, the hotel maintenance is done in the restaurant, conference center, front desk, hotel rooms, parking lot, pool, fitness center, restrooms and elevators.
$100 Bonus after 90 days
Basic Requirements:
Valid Driver's license.
Basic electrical knowledge
Basic plumbing knowledge
Mechanical aptitude
Basic HVAC knowledge
Troubleshooting ability
Basic carpentry & construction knowledge
Pool maintenance experience is a plus
Starting pay rate would be based upon experience.The position would be 40 hours per week including alternating weekends and availability for after-hours calls.
