Looking for part-time and full-time line cooks.
Houdini's Escape Gastropub delivers elevated comfort foods in a classy and casual atmosphere in a timely manner. We serve dishes such as tenderloins with wild mushroom risotto, cioppino, slow roasted pork shank with baby baker potatoes and wild mushroom demi and halibut in curry veloute topped with brown butter gremolata next to triple pork cuban sandwiches and bacon jam burgers.
This is a fast paced environment but also requires quality and care. If you're looking to expand your resume and increase knowledge in the culinary field, this is the place for you.
We have saute, flat grill, grill and fry/salad stations on our line. Expertise in 2 of these stations will be expected with preferably more for flexibility (and pay).
Looking for people with open availability that can work days, nights and weekends.
