Kelly Services in partnership with a local manufacturing company has openings for Finishers (Hand Packing) in the Neenah area. The Finishers will assist in the packing of finished products for shipment and checking for mistakes made in production. They will also assist the cutter operators by preparing lifts of paper for the cutting process.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for removing labels that are wrinkled, out of register, or have other defects prior to labels being cut, wrapped, or stacked.
Use Vision computer system to produce outer carton labels and place on appropriate boxes for production run, quantity and product; place outer product label on correct box
Responsible for inspecting all finished packs of product for defects
Able to ensure the correct labels are placed in the correct box without mixing up labels.
Able to work in a fast-paced, demanding production environment.
Maintain housekeeping activities including cleaning press and work area, follow 6S process: Safety, Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain.
1st,2nd, and 3rd shift openings
Pay starting at $12.25 shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift
