Job Title: Implementation and Professional Services ManagerType: Contract to hire (REMOTE)Pay: $68-73/hr. $120k/year at conversion

Summary:Who We Are: This role is part of the Real Estate Lending team within Digital Lending and Origination. We have a best-in-class real estate origination platform for the Mortgage Industry and are looking to grow the business significantly over the next 5 years. Digital Lending and Origination also has best-in-class platforms for Deposit Account opening and consumer lending as well as adding small business and commercial lending capabilities.What does a great Manager, PM Implementations do?

As a Manager, PM Implementations, you will be accountable for managing a high functioning team in the Digital Lending and Originations Implementations organization. The team is focused on implementing Originate Mortgage, which is part of the Originate platform that enables financial institutions to originate mortgages. As the Implementation Manager, you will:

Be part of the Digital Lending and Origination Group. DLO is a relatively new unit and is tasked with building best-in-class digital lending solutions for clients and other FIs. There is a huge amount of opportunity in this market space as clients have renewed focus on digitizing their products and processes.

Coach and mentor team members, colleagues, and clients through projects in the most efficient, time driven manner while championing our quality goals; requires a high level of accountability for tasks and deliverables.

Develop and establish department standards and procedures.

Recommend most efficient ways to ensure best implementation practices of new or upgraded products. Evaluate and report on progress and results.

Clearly articulate our Originate Mortgage functionality by using cases, benefits, and best practices to clients.

Participate in team hiring, performance management processes, and the staffing budget process.

Generate Statements of Work and Work Orders and see them through full execution.

Handle client escalations regarding features, functionality, budgets, timelines, and priorities to ensure projects stay within scope and schedule.

Translate client needs and shares with Product Management for consideration into future product releases.

Simultaneously manage several staff and projects (client-facing and internal) of various sizes.

Track project financials, including accurate forecasts and budget vs. actuals tracking. Negotiate priority of client demands against the availability of resources, influences internal and external stakeholders to find common ground.

Oversee delivery of product customization / enhancement projects for clients, including all internal and external partner coordination for timely delivery.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

10+ years of experience in the Mortgage industry.

10+ years of experience in professional/client services management (manage Project Managers as well as budgets, schedules, resource allocation, client relationships, design of scalable processes, etc).

Thorough understanding of the mortgage process, critical fintech partners and integration with those partners/systems and online/mobile channels.

Well versed in the operational processes of Residential lending including processing, underwriting, closing, post close audit, QC, compliance, servicing, secondary marketing.

Experience with SAFe | Scaled Agile process framework

Experience with external client-facing software implementation and/or systems integration projects required.

Ability to build solid relationships with external clients and internal business partners, including senior executives.

Well-developed negotiation skills and ability to build consensus.

Ability to understand the big picture and assist team with translating it into the details.

Problem-solving skills with ability to perform root cause analysis.

Knowledge of project management processes, methodologies, and tools (e.g., MS Project. Smartsheet).

Knowledge of time-tracking and other professional services tools (e.g. Clarity).

Experience in requirements and gap analysis; project scoping; and effort estimation.

Experience leading implementation projects in a matrixed organization and/or across different departments.

Experience with SAFe Agile development practices/ processes

Understand the business of "Risk and how technology & client business decisions impact risk.

Solid thought leadership and ability to influence others through collaborative efforts.

Proven ability to be able to work with other organizational units in a highly matrixed company and lead through influence.

BS/BA and/or equivalent applicable working experience required.

Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Advanced degree

Microsoft Tools (Office, Sharepoint, Advanced MS Excel).

Other: Jira, ServicePoint, Clarity.

PMP, SAFe Agile and/or Six Sigma Yellow or Green belt certification

Experience leading team with remote and offshore resources

Travel required: 10-15%/ 1x per month
