Job ResponsibilitiesImport and interpret source dataScrub, clean and validate dataPrepare input files for 3rd party data processingAnalyze the data results and making changes if needed, before presenting the data to project managers and internal consultantsPerform ad hoc T-SQL programming and analysisBuild ETL processes for client projectsDevelop custom reports using modern reporting toolsReview of peer's work product to validate quality resultsResponsible for 3-4 projects at a time, spending roughly 60% of day working within SQL/T-SQL and 40% of the day on other information technology related tasks

Minimum requirementsBachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Math, or related degree is preferred)Basic proficiency in Transact SQL, Python and R or PowerBIAble to interpret, scrub, process, and explain dataProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelCompetencies and Behaviors that Support Success in this RoleProficiency in database architecture, healthcare claims data, and information technologyStrong IT backgroundAnalytical thinker, able to assess problems logicallyStrong communication skills and experience working with a teamDetailed and organizedFast learnerPassionate about providing the best healthcare consulting services to our clientsResults oriented leader that thrives on delivering high quality products and services to our end usersDetermined to solve challenging technical problems with an eye towards quality resultsTake personal responsibility for their work and are motivated to succeed
