If you’re ready to start learning, growing and making an impact with a career in fintech, we’d like to know: Are you FIS?About the role:This person will support the establishment on the division's Delivery Management Office and will be responsible for program management of key initiatives to accelerate and improve quality of client delivery by governing cross functional teams and dependencies, for the improvement of the division's risk profile by supporting root cause analyses and executing on cross functional workstreams to develop prevention protocols, and for ensuring the division meets its cost and revenue targets by managing internal workstreams required to realize those benefits.What you will be doingPlans, performs and implements process improvement initiatives, e.g., ISO, Lean or Six Sigma.Responsible for most complex business and systems process analysis, design and simulation.Diagrams and evaluates existing processes.Organizes, leads and facilitates cross-functional project teams.Develops metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future  improvement opportunities.Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts.Collects data to identify root cause of problems.Measures performance against process requirements.Aligns improvement to performance shortfalls.Provides consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality.May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.What you will need:A VERY HIGH PREFERENCE to candidates a commutable distance and will to work a hybrid schedule for either our Milwaukee or Jacksonville locations.Requires highest level understanding of organization’s business systems and industry requirementsBasic knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development and conversion methodologiesAdvanced knowledge of the tools, techniques and principles used in business process development, documentation and re-engineeringAdvanced proficiency in at least one appropriate process methodology, e.g., ISO, Lean, Six SigmaProficiency in quality management methods, tools and technologiesExcellent training/presentation skills to educate the organization on new or updated processesWillingness to shares relevant technical, process, and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resourcesExcellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, team building, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills Is resourceful and proactive in gathering information and sharing ideasNo sponsorship available for this rolePlease note, if you live within 50 miles of Jacksonville, Florida, you will be required to work a hybrid schedule.For LinkedIn- LI-JD-1Bonus if you have:Broad knowledge of FIS’ products and services, business practices and processesIn-depth knowledge of financial services industry practices, regulations and processesWhat we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
