About the role:As a Senior Product Manager-Account Analysis / Pricing and Billing Commercial Banking, you'll collaboratively develop product strategy and set direction for Extended Account Analysis (XAA), our industry-leading analysis, invoicing, and revenue optimization solution. You will also direct and drive the development and deployment of Extended Account Analysis Plus (XAA Plus) for FIS. XAA Plus is a next-generation, cloud-native enterprise billing solution being developed to deliver XAA capabilities to new markets and clients.

About the team: You will be a part of a team of experienced FIS Product Managers who work collaboratively to develop product strategies and drive development initiatives central to our clients' success. Leveraging a well-defined set of tools and processes, our team strives to deliver innovative new capabilities serving the SMB/Commercial client base in a supportive, mutually respectful environment.

What you will be doing?

In this role you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for the XAA and XAA Plus solutions by developing and maintaining product plans. You will monitor industry and adjacent technology conditions and trends to ensure that your solutions are effectively positioned to meet client and FIS demands. You will prioritize projects and provide guidance to the development teams where business imperatives impact plans and require adjustment.
  • Managing budgeting, planning and development of XAA/XAA Plus according to a multi-year roadmap
  • Provide product launch leadership, which includes working with clients and working with marketing to create sales enablement materials and customer presentations for new products or rollouts of major releases.
  • Manage vendor relationships and partnership agreements key to the current strategic product delivery and future strategic initiatives across the B2B team
  • Engage and interact with clients during feedback sessions, focus groups, user groups and requirements gathering sessions.
  • Serve as FIS lead expert for XAA/XAA Leverage the tools and procedures at FIS to drive product initiatives and maintain visibility of status
  • Monitor market and technology intelligence to track critical client and prospect needs and priorities

What you will need:
  • 5+ years of practical experience with Account Analysis/Billing solutions
  • Minimum 4-year college degree required. Business focus and post-graduate degrees are a plus
  • General knowledge of financial and/or payment solutions technology.
  • Expert negotiation and communication skills.
  • The ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels.

Added bonus if you have:
  • Familiarity with FIS AAS or XAA solutions
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with Broadcom Clarity or Rally
