- Handle day-to-day infrastructure support operations
- Configure, support, and manage Windows and Mac hardware and software
- Support and setup tablets, webcams, cabling, A/V equipment, and displays
- Respond to user incidents and tasks through ticketing systems - ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms a plus
- Provide desk-side and remote support for end-users
- Experience supporting software applications is a plus (Windows and Adobe software suites)
- Strong attention to detail required for record keeping, matching equipment orders with receipts, accurate documentation, and updating and communicating information with other teams
- Assisting with stocking and maintaining inventory status for user devices and peripherals
- Retrieval and installing of equipment from office desks across the campus ("return to stock" requests, new installs, and similar hardware tasks)
- Packaging and readying for shipping of equipment "kits" to remote employees and staff
