This position is full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8 hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of (7:00am - 7:00pm). It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 2725 Mall Drive, Eau Claire, WI 54701. Primary Responsibilities: Performs end to end claims processing across all states and products assignedDemonstrated proficiency in all technical applications (technical skills and system knowledge) and claims processing instructionsComply with all current policies, procedures and workflowsStay up to date with changing policies and guidelines for claims processing. Analyzes and identify trends and provide reports as necessaryConsistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence and quality standardsTake ownership of resolution inquires—works independently, with a minimum of supervision required on routine tasksThinks outside the box and focuses on achieving the right quality outcomeAbility to works independently and collaborate with others on a consistent basis This is a challenging role that takes an ability to thoroughly review, analyze and research complex health care claims in order to identify discrepancies, verify pricing, confirm prior authorizations and process them for payment. You’ll need to be comfortable navigating across various computer systems to locate critical information. Attention to detail is critical to ensure accuracy, which will impact the timely processing of the member's claim. You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED OR equivalent years of work experience1+ years of experience in a related environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job tools1+ years experience processing medical, dental, prescription or mental health claimsProficient with Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)Proficiency with Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate multiple programs and learn new and complex computer system applicationsAbility to work any shift between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday through Friday Making claims a positive experience for our members can drive your sense of impact and purpose.
