The Department of Revenue will be filling multiple Revenue Agent positions starting on
February 4, 2019. Positions are located primarily in Madison but some positions may be available in Milwaukee and Eau Claire.
Revenue Agents provide quality customer assistance and acquire additional information to help customers with tax questions, collect delinquent debt, negotiate payment arrangements, coordinate account resolution and ensure compliance with tax laws.
Minimally qualified candidates will have customer service experience, customer account resolution experience, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
