The Eau Claire Academy, a Residential Treatment Center, has full time and part time positions available for Residential Treatment Workers. This position is responsible for supervising 10-17 year-old adolescents. We are looking for positive role models to help our residents make better choices throughout the day. This is an entry level position providing great experience for those interested in the Mental Health, Criminal Justice, Special Education and Nursing fields. Every other weekend is required with a $2.00 per hour shift differential. You must be at least 21 years old in order to considered. Criminal background check required. Minimum of HS, HSE, or GED required. Our schedules are flexible.
