Essential Job Duties:
Personnel hiring, training, reviews, firing
Staff scheduling, vacation, and PTO requests
Lead, motivate, influence, empower, and support a skilled medical team
Maintain and grow an exceptional customer experience
Manage day-to-day operations
Inventory management
Accounting
Facilitate plans and programs to track clinic performance
Promote effective communication within the hospital
Make solid, appropriate decisions, that positively impact people, pets, quality of service, and the business
Fee scheduling
Business marketing
Oversee all hospital operations
Experience Preferred:
3-5 years of veterinary practice management experience and human resources experience.
