Cleaner needed to maintain residential and commercial common areas, as well as vacant apartment cleaning. Typically these responsibilities take 10-15 hours per week, very flexible schedule. All properties are within one mile of each other.
Job responsibilities include:
-Vacuuming all hallways and steps
-Cleaning common area windows and doors
-Cleaning laundry areas
-Garbage Removal - change out garbage as needed.
-Sweeping and mopping hard floors
-Taking note of maintenance issues- burned out light bulbs, exit lights, smoke alarms that are not working or missing/shot off fire extinguishers.
-Cleaning vacant apartments as needed
-Able to work quickly and effectively to meet deadlines and provide clean common areas and apartments for tenants.
-Hard-working, strong communication skills
Applicants must have valid driver license and vehicle that can haul vacuum and cleaning supplies. Must be hard working, reliable, friendly and detail oriented.
