A national Social Security advocacy group, based just outside of Boston, Massachusetts is seeking attorneys or seasoned, Eligible for Direct Payment Non-Attorneys (EDPNA) to assist us in representing our clients at local social security hearings at the following hearing locations: Eau Claire, Green Bay, La Crosse, Madison, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Wausau, and beyond.

Disability representatives are hired on a contract basis, per hearing. Approximately 1 to 2 weeks before the hearing date, representatives are provided with all of the materials necessary to successfully represent the client at hearing. Representatives are required to meet or speak with the client prior to hearing to ensure a competent representation and a firsthand understanding of the case. Representatives must be well prepared to advocate on our clients behalf and to help them present their case to the administrative law judge in an organized and convincing manner through direct examination. Representatives must also cross examine vocational and medical witnesses presented by the Social Security Administration. After the hearing, all hearing forms, along with a post-hearing summary, must be returned to our in-house counsel.
