Job Description
The Project Management Assistant I supports the Project Management staff in servicing clients.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Focus on safety to achieve company’s goal of Zero Harm Ongoing
- Contribute to providing services and products with Zero Defects
Thorough understanding of the order entry process
Timely entry of new orders
Experience in the order entry tools to facilitate order receipt
Thorough understanding of the various report functions required
Perform business audit to ensure accuracy of order entry and fully understand scope of work
Qualifications
Education: Associates degree or 2 year technical.
1 yr. related work experience
