Develops and maintains pertinent quality improvement plans.
Monitors adherence to plans and prepares status reports.
Identifies quality improvement opportunities and implements related activities.
Ensures all improvement activities are updated as regulatory and quality standards change.
Implements standardization of quality improvement procedures and documentation within SBU.
Develops and delivers executive level presentations and represents senior management on quality improvement issues and related committees.
Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS; 3 years of quality improvement experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Experience with regulatory/quality improvement standards.
Knowledge of DHCS, HEDIS, NCQA regulatory/accreditation standards in a health or managed care environment is preferred.
Strong data and statistical analysis essential.
Ability to travel overnight maybe required.
