The IT Manager is responsible for the information technology and systems required to support the organization, including day-to-day execution. This role must be able to recognize the difference between strategy and execution and know when each is appropriate. As a member of the leadership team, the IT Manager contributes to overall business strategies and results while ensuring the company’s IT infrastructure remains secure, compliant, and efficient.Responsibilities:InfrastructureLead small- and large-scale technology projects, including installation, upgrade, and maintenance.  Manage technology assets, including inventory of hardware, software, and equipment.  Maintain and optimize applications, including ERP and CAD systems.  Cyber SecurityEnsure information systems comply with ITAR, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and CMMC Level 2 controls.  Review and develop system security plans (SSPs) and plans of action and milestones (POA&Ms).  Develop new and mature existing information security policies and procedures.  Verify and document the implementation of security controls necessary to achieve compliance.  Initiate and lead ongoing information security maturity assessments and training.  Data Storage & UseDesign systems to collect, automate, and store data in a manner that is organized and accessible. Assist others in performing data-related tasks. Facilitate business intelligence actions and insights.  Plans, develops, tests, and maintains a business continuity plan for all information systems.  Strategic PlanningParticipate in strategic planning sessions with other leadership team members.  Create and achieve goals and objectives that align with company strategy.  Take an analytical and metrics-driven approach to create compelling narratives for solutions.  Project manage major initiatives. Define the sequence and timeline of milestones.  Participate in creating annual budgets and manage expenditures to operate within budgeted targets.  Analyze complex business needs to recommend technology solutions.
