We Are HiringThe Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin is looking to hire a Full Time, Day shift Supply Chain Coordinator.What You Will DoProcess purchase orders for capital equipment and communicates with end-users and vendors to confirm and track orders.Prepare purchase orders and verifies specifications of purchase orders. Follow-up on outstanding orders, provides departments with back-order information and offers alternative sources when possible.

Consult catalogs, contracts or vendors to obtain pricing/availability information. Obtain competitive bids for major purchases and does bid analysis for review by manager of purchasing.

Research and negotiate routine non-contracted organizational purchases. Work with inventory managers to analyze usage history of inventory stock items and determines ordering requirements.

Provide resource assistance for all departments regarding supply, equipment and vendor inquiries. Notify contract teams and works with MSC to research discrepant invoices and requisitions to achieve resolution.

Complete capital requisitions and assists with capital projects.

Work with centralized contract design team for local contract facilitation.

Work with local and national operations teams to provide analytical support.
