DescriptionPayroll Manager needed in the Green Bay area!One of our top clients, a large well-respected company located in the Green Bay area is looking to add a Payroll Manager to their team. The Payroll Manager will report to the Risk Manager and will have 3 direct reports. The Payroll Manager will be responsible for coaching/mentoring the payroll team, recommending, developing and implementing changes to processes and procedures, as well as respond/manage all inquiries relating to payroll and payroll systems.The ideal candidate will 7 or more years of of experience in a similar position, a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field and experience leading, mentoring and managing a payroll team.
