The Creekwood Apartments, located in Green Bay, WI, is looking for a Full Time Lead Maintenance Tech to assist in general maintenance and upkeep of our beautiful apartment community.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare all vacant apartments to market ready condition.
-Resident work orders
-Perform preventative maintenance tasks.
-Assist with the upkeep of the outside grounds (including snow removal)
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 6 years experience in apartment maintenance
-Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, appliance, & electrical repairs.
-HVAC and CPO strongly preferred
-Focused on resident service
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday; On call rotation;
Required: Valid driver's license
