We are hiring someone to promote and recruit new students for our Spanish/English classes. Students will need to make a minimum 1-month commitment to take the class. The student recruiter will be selling 1, 3 or 6-month lesson packages to adult students of English or Spanish. We can take on up to 10 students.
Payment
We will pay you some amount of money upfront (to be discussed) but your final payment is 15% of the total amount of lesson packages sold. If we can form a good working relationship, we can increase the payment up to 20%.
This is part-time work that can definitely lead to full time. We should have opportunities for full-time work in the future when we expand our staff of teachers but for now we will be running at a 10 student capacity.

Please be aware, this is not a typical advertising job. You are being paid to find high-QUALITY clients who have ample time and money to dedicate towards their language learning endeavors. Their decision to study English or Spanish is as significant as one's decision to study to get a bachelor's degree at a university. I've wasted plenty of time with clients who flake-out after just a few weeks. These are the kinds of clients we want to avoid. We are looking for serious clients ready to dedicate significant amounts of their money, time and energy to learn a new language.
My Background
I have lived and taught English in several countries around the world. I have developed language learning methodology and technology that allows you to learn to speak a new language fluently in 1-2 years. I tested this methodology and technology on myself to learn to speak fluent Spanish in 2 years. I now teach these methods to my students learning English or Spanish online. I plan to create a language school where people can learn new languages better, faster and more efficiently than with any other school or language learning method.
