Foth Production Solutions, LLC is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients’ success. This position will be working out of our Green Bay, Wisconsin location or out of any of our local office locations.

Foth Production Solutions works closely with Fortune 500 companies to develop engineering-led solutions for the most complex consumer product production challenges. From small, single discipline projects to large multi-disciplined, turnkey projects, Foth’s commitment to personalized, client-centered service and long-term relationships never wavers. Our clients lead a broad range of industries and they leverage our team members’ experiences to support projects for new product introductions or line installations, custom machine solutions for unique packaging or product making needs, or systems analysis leading to throughput and efficiency gains.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Development of promotional materials such as presentations, brochures, and exhibit graphics

• Support marketing concepts and campaigns

• Collaborate with team members on marketing initiatives

• Industry conference coordination

• Implementation of custom and standard content, written and graphic based, in marketing material such as white papers, reports, project profiles, and proposals

• Development and management of our social media engagement

• Support digital marketing and public relations efforts with written content

• Management and control of marketing materials

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications/Journalism, Graphic Design, Multi-Media, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent technical experience

• 3+ years of professional experience

• Experience creating marketing material for professional services

• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Self-motivated with ability to solve problems and generate ideas

• Quick learner who is able to explain complex topics including engineering, manufacturing, machine development, and construction

• Organizational skills to support working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Basic understanding of website development

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience writing for B2B marketing initiatives

• Photography to support member and project photos for marketing content
