We are looking to hire positions in our Logistics Department.
Transportation experience required
1. Full Time Logistics-Operations CSR Job Duties would include: Dispatch (Must have strong dispatching skills to assist in managing a fleet of approximately 35-40 drivers)
Customer Sales Calls: Must have strong communication skills to solicit new customers and freight, in addition to customer relations with our current customers. Load Creation in our dispatch program, Scheduling Pickup and Delivery Appointments, Problem resolution, must be very organized and able to multi task in a fast paced transportation environment.
2. Part-Time Administrative Assistant Job Duties would include: Being the point of contact for our offsite agents, assisting them with their freight needs, Data Entry, Load creation in our dispatch program,Customer & Carrier invoicing, Scheduling Pickup and delivery appointments, answering incoming calls, filing, preparing outgoing mail, and miscellaneous duties as needed.
