Key Responsibilities

- Lead 2–3 man install crews on granite, marble, quartz, porcelain, and ultra-compact jobs

- Expert seam setting, leveling, and polishing in the home

- Handle complex installations: mitered edges, waterfall islands, book-matched slabs, full-height backsplashes, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, etc.

- Install all sink types (undermount, farmhouse, top-mount, vessel) and cooktop cutouts done on-site when needed

- Train and mentor junior installers and helpers

- Communicate directly with homeowners, builders, and designers on job sites

- Perform final quality checks and customer walk-throughs

- Occasionally assist with difficult in-shop fabrication or repairs

- Maintain clean job sites and protect finished floors/cabinets

Requirements – You Must Have

- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on granite/marble/quartz installation experience

- Mastery of seam setting with color-matched epoxies and perfect leveling

- Proven experience templating with digital tools (Proliner or LT-2D3D or stick strongly preferred) OR willingness to be trained on our equipment

- Ability to carry 100+ lbs regularly and work on your knees when needed

- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (we provide the truck + trailer + tools)

- Professional appearance and excellent customer communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills – you stay calm when things don’t go as planned

- Reliable, punctual, and organized

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience with Dekton, Neolith, or large-format porcelain

- bridge saw experience

- Previous leadership or crew-lead experience

- Top pay in the market – hourly rate + paid overtime + Bonus

Monthly performance/install bonus (extra $200–$600/month common)

- Company truck (take-home), gas card, iPhone, uniforms

- Paid holidays + vacation after 1 year of employment

- Year-round work (no slow season layoffs)

- New, well-maintained tools and equipment
