- Support small team of engineers. This involves preparing test systems/devices, Installing/Upgrading Windows, troubleshooting any issues with Windows and networking and ensure the system(s) are available always and functioning.
- Maintain lab stock (systems/devices, tools and related infra-structure)
- Execute software test plan and report results
- Reproduce software defect(s) and report results
- Experience in Windows & Networking
- Install/upgrade
- Troubleshooting
- Scripting
- Prior experience in lab tech support
- Experience in software testing and validation
- Wireless software testing experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
