We are currently looking to hire a parts counter person for our Janesville location. Applicant needs to be hard working and motivated.
Parts counter person responsibilities:
-Greet customers promptly and professionally
-Manage inventory
-Order and track parts/back orders
-Communicate with customers/service technicians to determine needed parts
-Determine which parts are in inventory, require reordering or must be special ordered
-Obtain needed information to place special orders and ensure correct parts are being ordered
-Search part numbers using the computer or standard catalogs
-Monitor seasonal parts, recall parts and specials in service department
-Research availability of parts
