The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include the following:- Creating and managing the team of four to five direct reports in a new R&D department
- Creating a creative work culture
- Investigating new products and technologies
- Traveling up to 10%
- Leading the invention of new products and product improvements
- Some AutoCAD design
- A four year degree in engineering
- Six or more years of R&D experience
- Two of more years of management experience
- Possess the ability to design innovative sheet metal based products in AutoCAD
