At Sprout, you will be treated as a professional where you will receive paid prep time, away from your classroom area, in a designated office space to plan in peace. You also will have access to an indoor gross motor room and an indoor non-napper room. Sprout has a large playground for children 3 and up and an additional playground, just out side the classroom doors, that is specifically created for under threes.
Sprout Childcare is located on the Southside of La Crosse, near High Rollers and the Diocese of Lacrosse. We have just completed the remodel of our brand new, 10,000 square foot building. At Sprout, you will be a part of our family. We have been in business for 7 years and have quickly rose to the top in quality and respect. This is evidenced, in part, but our extreme waiting list, low staff turnover, and being a resource for other daycare centers in need of operations counseling.
Sprout offers a starting wage in the range of $11-$15/hour (based on job duties and experience), life insurance, sort-term disability (covers maternity leaves), paid conferences and trainings, 18 paid days off in the year and childcare discount. All our benefits begin immediately and are able to start using after the 90 day probation period.
We are currently searching for the PERFECT fit for a co-teacher in our 4K classroom. This position would be responsible for the younger half of our 4year olds.
Position will remain open until the perfect fit is found.
