Perform setup and administration of application data configurations. Assist in the application set up and configuration for new and revised codes, templates, and process flows in LHI's internal information systems. Assist with the quality assurance and testing processes to ensure that the developed software functions satisfy original and end user requirements. Primary Responsibilities:- Create BLI's for Configuration work.
- Write and approve configuration requirements
- Ensure BLI's are following the correct flow to the release of the configuration
- Assist in the documentation of best practices and new processes
- Maintain administrative and customer configuration rules for LHI's applications.
- Monitor set up Kanban of requests and assist in coordinating the completion of requests based on LHI Priorities
- Consult and coordinate on LHI initiatives
- Assist in testing/regression testing of new application functionality before production implementation to ensure that it meets business and user requirements
- Develop SQL skills in order to assist the SQL Data Analysts in understanding business requirements of reports
- Foundational knowledge of configuration within the enterprise applications and completes configuration successful based on the business requirements.
- Able to test basic condiguration with minimal supervision to ensure quality implementation.
- Effectively communicate and provide assistance on medioum-sized initiatives to coordinate implementation efforst as well as work with senior CA team members within larger projects.
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Business or related field combined with a minimum 1 year business experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or applicable military experience
- Basic understanding of database structures with the ability to learn the concepts of software setup, configuration and customization as well as a basic understanding of relationships between database tables
- Must be able to learn and comprehend complex business processes that cross multiple operational units in order to support LHI business initiatives
- Understanding of Agile principals including Scrum and Kanban
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location.
- Employees are required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or a similar UnitedHealth Group-approved symptom screener prior to entering the work site each day, in order to keep our work sites safe. Employees must comply with any state and local masking orders. In addition, when in a UnitedHealth Group building, employees are expected to wear a mask in areas where physical distancing cannot be attained.
- 1 year experience in SQL query language, database structure and database table relationships
- Attention to detail is essential as are good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Education or experience in .NET applications
- Experience with Visual Studio
- National Career Readiness Certificate
