Centex Preservation LLC is hiring property preservation Contractors to maintain bank-owned properties. Pay is every week. Contractors should be detail oriented with great communication and organizational skills to ensure work order instructions are followed correctly. Work must be completed by due dates provided, and all Contractors must have their own transportation and equipment. Work to include, but not limited to:
- Initial Securing
-Lock Work
-Pool Securing
- Reoccurring Grass Cuts
- Boarding
- Winterizations
- Discoloration treatment
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Debris Removal
You must have the following:
- able to submit and pass Aspen Grove background check
- must be able to use PPW
- must be able to utilize email
- must have proper equipment and locks to perform preservation work.
- must be able to bid any/all damages
- must be able to photograph and document work
- turnaround time is 48-72 hours
