Responsibilities:
Recruit, hire, and train volunteers for identified departments
Motivate, engage, and coach volunteers
Develop a list of annual volunteer projects for volunteer groups
Prepare and administer all volunteer policies, forms and tracking requirements
Key Qualifications:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Ability and willingness to collaborate as well as work independetly
Experience volunteering and/or working with volunteers
Innovative & self-starter
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups
Open to high school graduates ages 17 and older
Service Term is: Sept. 13, 2021 – Aug. 31, 2022
Required Orientation: Sept. 13-17 & midterm training Jan. 12-14
Benefits:
Living Allowance every two weeks: $580
Education Award: $6,345 upon successful completion of service
