- Knowledge of standardized workflow and process requirement gathering.
- Knowledge or experience working with IoT enabled devices.
- Knowledge in the area of network connectivity and security.
- Knowledge of Agile project management methods.
- Experience with monitoring system logs and providing details and analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, project planning, etc.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to educate individuals on new systems as well as changing software features and functionalities.
- Ability to develop approaches to solving problems in new business situations and technical environments.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with department directors, managers, co-workers, and external vendors.
- Ability to ask appropriate questions, interpret co-worker requests, and develop detailed design specifications.
