Kwik Trip, Inc.’s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time Lead Software Quality Assurance Analyst. This role will be responsible for providing leadership for the Quality Assurance Team. They will also define software quality standards and select, implement, and train on the most efficient and effective software quality assurance product, processes, and policies to ensure Kwik Trip is providing the best possible software to its business units customers and guests.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Assist in the professional growth of the Quality Assurance team members
  • Expand the QA testing practice to include automation, performance testing, security, compliance, release management, etc.
  • Create Quality Assurance metrics for Kwik Trip
  • Develop and maintain an application audit
  • Expand Quality Assurance testing practice
  • Perform QA activities such as creating and executing test plans, requirement gathering, bug reporting, and documented test cases
  • Consistent communication with recommendations and concerns to Project Managers

Qualifications: Associate degree or equivalent from a two year college, as well as three or more years of experience in Quality Assurance, leadership experience, team growth experience, as well as analyzing and troubleshooting computer programs and application systems and working within requirements. Candidates should possess the following:
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies and processes
  • Strong leadership knowledge
  • Experience with scripting and test automation
  • Basic knowledge of development practices and source control
  • Maintain confidential information
Successful candidates should demonstrate:
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, project planning, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to conduct and direct research and data collection on own and with a team
  • Strong planning and organizing decision making
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities.
  • Communicate ideas in both technical as well as business and user-friendly language

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
