Field Service Technician for

Leading Environmental Services Company

Related experience is not required but you should have something of a technical aptitude. Perhaps you served our country in the armed forces. We offer all necessary training and technical certifications and pay you from day one. During training, monthly bonuses can be earned for up to four months, in addition to regular compensation. Key responsibilities include:

Driving company service vehicle to customer locations.

Performing site assessments or surveys and associated procedures.

Installing equipment.

Managing and reporting inventory of parts and supplies.

Conducting leak tests on fuel storage tanks and piping.

Performing installation and/or testing of tank gauge systems.

Entering results into the company computer system.

Analyzing results and transmitting records via laptop to company headquarters.

The people we are looking for:

Communicate effectively with customers, fellow team members and supervisors.

Can learn technical skills and become certified in a variety of the company's testing services.

Work well independently, with little day-to-day supervision.

Have some experience working with their hands and small tools, such as in plumbing, construction or other industry.

Have an aptitude and/or experience working with computers

Are physically able to kneel, bend and stoop and can lift up to 60 pounds.

Appreciate the importance of safety and following strict safety and technical protocols.

Have a high personal commitment to delivering quality services to our customers, consistent with our industry-leading quality program.

Can support a drug-free workplace and pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screen.

Have a good driving record.

Can comfortably travel in a multi-state area, in some cases being away from home multiple nights in a row.

Have a strong character and work ethic they want to work hard as part of a team doing important work.
