Job Description:
Mad City Windows and Baths located in Madison, WI is looking for a part-time experienced Call Center Representative to join our award winning team. We are looking for individuals that are highly energetic and can provide "best-in-class" customer service. Full or Part-time hours available!
Requirements:
-Excellent computer and communications skills
-Call Center or Inside Sales experience
-Available to work some evenings and/or weekends
Job Duties:
-Schedule appointments for free home estimates
-Work with inbound and/or outbound phone calls, email, social media and other forms of communication to address the needs of our clients' customers
-Help facilitate and troubleshoot customer issues
-Investigate and follow up on questions/issues to resolve concerns in an accurate and timely manner
-Provide solutions, recommendations and product support with a sense of urgency and positivity
Compensation:
-Mad City Windows and Baths offers a competitive hourly wage plus bonus and commissions
-Average wage is between $15-$18 per hour!
-Benefits available for Full-time employees!
