Position Description
Name Badge Productions is a supplier of identification products for the meeting, convention and event markets. We design, create, assemble and also do light manufacturing of stock and custom products so that our customers can deliver an experience that delights.
As a Customer Service / Sales Specialist you will work directly with customers to assist them in obtaining the best products for their needs. Many of the products we deliver are custom made which requires interaction with the customer and design of the product. Communication with the customers is done mainly via the telephone, email, and live chat.
Experience / Skills Required
The successful candidate will take pleasure in assisting people and delivering exceptional customer service while making sure to close deals. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills are a must. Problem solving skills and attention to detail are also necessary.
2+ years of Customer Service experience preferred
Sales experience preferred
Great phone interaction
Excellent written and oral communication
Lead generation and follow-up skills needed
Social Media experience beneficial
Bi-lingual is a plus
