We are an established, growing practice looking for a versatile, detail-oriented, organized, and motivated person with management mentality.

The office is individually-owned and flexible: We work 4 days and week and take a 4 day weekend every month.

We're looking for someone to help to manage our clinicians' seamless care model.

We are a small, flexible office with a highly trained team committed to working smarter not harder.

Dental office, insurance, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

Computer skills with dental software (especially Dentrix) also a plus.

Committed to constantly growing professionally and personally, early adopters of technology and techniques.

We take a scientific and methodical approach to tracking progress and S.M.A.R.T. goals with Excel spreadsheets and routine team coordination with consensus.

We are looking for someone to cross-train and provide back-up front desk responsibilities by being able to understand and file dental & medical insurance, provide HR support, manage the schedule and recall, receivables, etc.

We welcome and meet people where they are-we see English and Spanish speakers.

For most of our patients who don't have dental benefits, we have many creative and flexible payment options, including Care Credit, in-office discount systems, and potential membership plans.

For those patients with benefits, we use our experience to facilitate our patients' interest in getting the most out of their insurance.

Looking for expertise with office management responsibilities that we currently outsource such as payables, payroll, report creation, graphing, etc.

Customer service skills and training are also priorities for the team.

Marketing, PR, and social media creation/maintenance are a consistent necessity.

Flexibility-Full or part time with some ability to work from home (payables/reports/graphing).
