Midwest Engine Service, Inc. has been serving Madison and the surrounding areas for the last 30 years. We are seeking a full-time, entry level Service Advisor to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity with room for growth. The right individual will enjoy a fast-paced, customer-orientated environment. You will directly work with our loyal customer base to obtain satisfaction through the whole experience, start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Answers phones and greets customers promptly
Obtains information regarding the customer and vehicles
Works with technicians to determine the recommend diagnosis
Works with customer to advise on the proper course of action for maintenance of the vehicle
Completes work orders based on what is needed and what is wanted by the customer
Updates customers on the progress of their vehicles
This is an entry-level position, but must possess the following qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Great Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Ability to Multitask and Work Under Pressure
Work a 5-Day Work Week
Organized
