Responsibilities may include:
-Possess an outgoing personality, positive attitude, and work well as part of a team.
-Ensure each guests needs are fulfilled by answering any questions, cleaning tables, stocking utensils and napkins, sweeping, refilling water tank, keeping the line clean, and performing other tasks as assigned by management.
-Learn every menu item and consistently build salads to Forage Kitchen standards.
-Understand allergens and ensure every customer has a safe eating experience.
-Complete food preparation tasks correctly and efficiently as assigned by management.
-Learn and understand the pricing system to properly offer suggestions for substitutions and menu changes.
-Complete all cleaning tasks as indicated on the respective Open/During/Close check-lists or as assigned by management.
-Collect, wash, and put away all dishes; keep dish area clean and organized.
