Our service area is South Central Wisconsin, Beloit up to Portage and Spring Green to Johnson Creek. We service this area with our Middleton and Janesville office. All individuals within this area are encouraged to apply to find out more information!
Currently we are hiring for our Lawn Care Apprentice position.This position is designed to train, coach, and develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through different roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows. Our goal is to provide career minded individuals the tools and skills necessary to manage a small office within 1-2 years.
BEGINNING POSITION DETAILS :
Fall/Winter Marketing Representative
Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes to homeowners
Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!
Monday-Friday, 10:00am - 7::30pm (varies throughout the season)
$15 - 22+ per hour
Spring/Summer Lawn Care Technician
Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4pm (varies throughout the season)
$17 - 22+ per hour, commission incentive pay
