TeamSoft is looking for a Mail Room Clerk for a contract opportunity in Madison, WI. This individual will be responsible for assisting in all operations of the incoming documents that go into the our client's department imaging and workflow systems. This includes prepping, scanning, and indexing documents, online data entry, and numeric filing techniques. This role will also be responsible for opening, date stamping, and sorting mail and providing backup support.
Qualifications include:
-Detail oriented
-Excellent customer service
-Ability to work independently and put any sequence of numbers in proper numerical order
Must be able to provide two references from current or past managers.
