Tow Truck Operator. This position does not require experience (but it is preferred) operating light duty towing equipment (flatbed and auto loader wrecker). Applicant must have a small background dealing with vehicles (ex. how to change a tire how to jumpstart a car very basic knowledge). Applicant must be able to communicate with customers and other staff at a high level. Applicant must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Applicant must be able to think quickly on his/her feet while also being able to take direction from dispatch.
This is a 24/7 business, on call, meaning that hours can be very flexible.
We are a fresh business in the Madison market, we are growing rapidly and looking for drivers with the right attitude. If you are not interested in working overtime (1.5x pay) then this is NOT the job for you.
Pay and Benefits. Pay is based on experience in the range provided, there are also opportunities for commission. Full health, vision, and dental is available. We are also looking towards providing 401k in the future.
