- Lead the support and administration of enterprise-wide business intelligence and visualization applications (Business Objects, Tableau).
- Researches and develops development of tools and solutions to increase data usability and data engagement across multiple program areas, and supports acquisition of new tools.
- Works with enterprise-wide business and IT senior management to understand and prioritize BI data and information reporting needs.

- Researches new technology and develops business cases to support enterprise-wide business intelligence solutions.
