The contract developer is expected to provide, or be able to perform, the following to support the existing CHEMS system:

Software, phone, electronic and on-site support for fifty counties within the Client,New county software installations with one-on-one training.Participation in State-wide meetings to support and enhance CHEMS.Power Point presentations to small and large groups.Software and system enhancements to the existing Advanced Revelation (AREV 3.12) database system governed by the CHEMS Board of directors.Specialized programming dictated by BHO business needs.Advanced Revelation (AREV) export programs to transfer data out of CHEMS.WEB site updates for program changes and information.Travel within the State of Wisconsin on short notice.

The contract developer must have extensive knowledge of the platform and software to support the AREV CHEMS software package. At least 10 years of experience is required in the following areas:IBM Desktop Hardware, MSDOS, MS Windows including Vista.Novell Netware 5+, IPX1TCP, Windows 2003 Server.Advanced Revelation (AREV) version 3.12 programming language.HTML Authoring, FTP management and NNTP communications.

The contractor must also have extensive knowledge of the CHEMSPRO (Windows GUI version) target platform and software development tools. At least 8 years of experience is required in the following platforms, connectivity and software:

IBM Desktop, MS Windows, WinAPl, WInINET / ISAPI ASTA / SSL ConnectivityWindows 2003 Server, Oracle RDBMS, SQL, .Net, TCP, FTP, HTTP, HTTPSDelphi Enterprise Version 6 thru 2007, ASTA, DOA, Woll2Woll, ReportbuilderPLSQL Developer, PVCS, Pack4Web, InstallAwareOracle DB Adrnin Tools, Enterprise Manager
