- This request is for Desktop support services provided support to the agency customers.
- This position provides expert level technical guidance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware.
- It requires extensive knowledge of and experience with endpoint management technology such as Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
- This position will focus on, Imaging and managing desktop operating systems, creation of task sequences and scripting to support deployment of desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems.
- This position must be able to troubleshoot complex issues from error messages and log review.
- In addition, the position provides support of desktop printers, cell phones and other supported wireless devices and peripherals.
- This title may receive escalated level support issues from the Helpdesk.
- This position needs to be familiar with a variety of the concepts, practices, and procedures to support and deploy computers in an enterprise environment.
- The position relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- The position provides procurement and inventory support to permanent (FTE) staff. They independently perform a variety of tasks.
- They may lead and direct the work of others and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager(MECM), Operating System Deployment, Task sequence creation, PowerShell script creation. Asset management. Audio Visual experience.
- Microsoft 365 admin and troubleshooting, automation experience. 2 plus years of experience with MECM.
