Desktop Support - Hybrid Role in Madison, WI

My top client is looking for an Experienced Desktop Support professional to add to their team. This is a hybrid, 6+ month contract.

This role provides expert level technical assistance in support and preparation of desktop supported applications and hardware.

Qualifications:

Requires extensive knowledge of and experience with desktop technology including, but not limited to, desktop operating systems, desktop applications, desktop hardware, laptop systems, desktop printer support, iPhones/smart phones, other supported wireless devices and peripherals.
Customer service skills
Problem resolution skills
Ability to log, organize, and prioritize work
Experience supporting a large customer base (2000+ employees) working in multiple locations
