Global Cyber Security Engineer

Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a Cyber Security Engineer to join the organization on a contract basis to deploy and maintain Cyber Security Infrastructure services across QBE globally. This is a technical infrastructure engineering role, responsible for deploying and maintaining Cyber Security Infrastructure services, such as antivirus, Privileged Access Management, Data Loss Prevention, disk encryption, MFA, Endpoint Detection & Response, and security event logging systems.

Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage cyber security technology platforms such as antivirus, Data Loss Prevention, encryption, and Privileged Access Management. Write and maintain technical operational documentation Introduce new services into operational support Resolve complex service incidents Respond to project-led and operationally-driven technology requests

Skills and Experience: Strong knowledge of Cyber Security Infrastructure technologies and best practices Strong knowledge of core infrastructure technologies, such as (but not limited to) Active Directory, Windows Workstation and Server, networking, Linux, operational tooling, cloud services, etc. 5+ years technical experience in an infrastructure engineering role, including infrastructure support and change delivery.
