Our client in Wisconsin is looking for an IT Service Desk professional for a contract-to-hire opportunity.

Desired Skill Set:

Bachelor's degree
2+ years experience working in a service desk environment.
Must posess experience supporting end-users for PC, server, network access, etc.
Must possess strong customer service skills (i.e: phone, email, and live chat)
This candidate must be able to prove knowledge of documenting interactions.

location: Madison, Wisconsin

job type: Contract

salary: $25 - 30 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

education: Associates

responsibilities:

This indivudal will have a variety of types of calls. Could be a local printer issue, SW application troublehsooting, internal password resets, etc.
They will be supporting end-users for either PC, server, network access or mainframe applications and hardware.
Will be responding to and diagnosing problems through discussions with users. Including, problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow up steps.

qualifications:

Experience level: Experienced
Minimum 2 years of experience
Education: Associates

skills:

Helpdesk (2 years of experience is preferred)

Support (2 years of experience is preferred)
