Our client in Wisconsin is looking for an IT Service Desk professional for a contract-to-hire opportunity. Desired Skill Set:- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years experience working in a service desk environment.
- Must posess experience supporting end-users for PC, server, network access, etc.
- Must possess strong customer service skills (i.e: phone, email, and live chat)
- This candidate must be able to prove knowledge of documenting interactions.
- This indivudal will have a variety of types of calls. Could be a local printer issue, SW application troublehsooting, internal password resets, etc.
- They will be supporting end-users for either PC, server, network access or mainframe applications and hardware.
- Will be responding to and diagnosing problems through discussions with users. Including, problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution, and follow up steps.
- Experience level: Experienced
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Education: Associates
