We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide. Our client is looking for a Network Analyst professional. The candidate should have the ability to investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. Required soft skills

- 4+ years - Communication system analysis, troubleshooting, and repairs skills
- 4+ years - Knowledge of the theories and techniques involved in the implementation and maintenance of Analog and VoIP private and public telecommunications networks and telecommunications equipment operation and use
- 4+ years - The ability to use and operate a personal computer used in the installation, maintenance, and operation of VoIP telecommunications systems
- 4+ years - The ability to retrieve data from vendor and internal source documents on a personal computer, requiring interpretation of the source documents and a basic understanding of telephony software parameters.
- 5 years - Experience in Technical Writing and Documentation
- 5 years - MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- 5 years - User test, System test, and User Acceptance test plans
- 5 years - Project coordination and scheduling: Schedule and coordinate service delivery with vendor and custom.
- 5 years - Telecommunication experience: Design and program Centrex analog and ISDN service on a Lucent 5ESS.
- 5 years - Create & Modify Reports: Expert MS Excel (ability to create & modify pivot tables, utilize data.
- 5 years - Vendor Portal application access and billing resolution (Telecom).
- 5 years - Wireless Experience: Activate and support cellular and Smartphone services and devices to included.
- Knowledge of administrating an enterprise call center. Provisioning users, provisioning contact settings and creating reports is required. Administration of the NICE in Contact call center
