Job ID#: 21-07014 Job Title: Partner Engagement Supervisor Type: Contract Location: Madison, WI Role OverviewThe Partner Engagement Supervisor handles all contract and billing administration matters for projects within their assigned area of responsibility. The incumbent is responsible for configuring the billing system to ensure accurate and timely issuing of invoices as project progresses. Responsible for effectively working with internal departments and external parties to ensure project requests are completed and deadlines are met. This role will also work with our Partner Services team to ensure databases are current and invoicing requirements are being followed.Key Areas of Responsibility
- Enable all aspects of Services by acting as a liaison between Services departments, Sales departments, CDW clients and our Trusted Partner Network in support of service delivery
- Inspect and report on Sales pipeline in support of services forecast and resource fulfillment
- Assist in Statement of Work review process to ensure compliance with CDW's standards
- Sign and execute Statement of Work contracts for select projects
- Provide full life-cycle Engagement Management for select customers and partners
- Ensure all available revenue recognition is processed timely and accurately
- Act as point of escalation to assist and/or resolve customer, sales or partner satisfaction issues
- Provide timely and accurate system approvals
- Initiate and approve financial documents for assigned customers or partners (invoices, credit memos, etc.)
- Participate in tool and process improvement projects as requested
- Communicate Services engagement methodology and other best practices to coworkers and partners as needed
- Ensure that best practices are incorporated and shared
- Support Services Operations vision, goals and strategies
- Contribute to Services Operations team meetings and best practices
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- High School degree required
- Minimum of 2 years in administrative support
- Maintain a positive work environment at all times.
- Be able to work at continuous high level of accuracy.
- Be able to organize and implement record keeping databases.
- Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- General knowledge of computer technology and Internet.
- Strong facility for working over the phone and through email.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and follow through.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ambitious, flexible, and positive. A self-starter who can work under general supervision and adapts well to a dynamic work environment.
- Enterprise Resource Planning experience preferred: specifically, ChangePoint
- Associate or bachelor s degree in business related or accounted related program preferred
